Bitsy Event Planning - Seattle Wedding Coordinator - Albee's Garden: Brandy + Steve

A beautiful couple.  A serene location. Very cute DIY touches.
Stunning blue + white.  Love to last a lifetime. Brandy + Steve.

Favors included monogrammed lip-balm (made by one of the bridesmaids) and silver heart wine stoppers.
Each table centerpiece included the name of a city in which the couple had traveled to together. A DIY crafted by the bride.
Around the reception tent outdoors, many adorable photos of the couple lined the walkways.

Love is Sweet - 2011 NW Bridal Showcase

We had the pleasure of showcasing at NW Bridal Show in Everett on January 15th and 16th.  This year our booth was themed around “love is sweet” using a candy buffet inspired display.  We had a sweet tooth setting up – marshmallows, teal jordan almonds, root beer gumballs, chocolate kisses and candy bars were all a yummy piece to our creation (and of course tempting to "snack on" during set-up).  We spray painted silver branches to tuck inside candy jars as display for our invitation sets and showed off easy ways to jazz up candy bar wrappers for weddings, showers or bachelorette parties using paper or fabric (see below).

For those of you who visited our booth at the show – don’t forget about our free giveaways on Facebook! Another giveaway will be announced this week and next.  Be sure to “like” Bitsy Events and Custom Creations' Facebook page for your opportunity to win.  Stay tuned!

You can answer all those common questions beforehand like, "Are children welcome at the wedding? Is the ceremony and reception going to be outside? Do I need a coat? What is the attire recommendation?"

Bitsy Event Planning - Seattle Wedding Coordinator - Woodland Park Rose Garden: Heather + Eric

Love blossomed with this bride and groom who said their “I-do’s” at the Woodland Park Rose Garden in Seattle with over 150 varieties of roses scattered across the quaint 2 ½ acre park.  The bride selected a beautiful vintage color pallet of dusty rose, grey and ivory that she carried flawlessly throughout her ceremony and reception – Ooo la la.  Not to mention the stunning wedding dress we all couldn’t stop drooling over. With nothing but smiles, the couple and their guests continued the celebration at Salty’s on Alki.  Where dancing, laughter, fabulous food, and waterfront views trailed throughout the evening.  It was truly our pleasure to coordinate and custom design wedding invitations for Heather + Eric.
